music. Universal recording artists Bathiya & Santhush are currently Sri
Lanka’s most accomplished and high profile pop music act. In a country
where music and cricket are bigger than movies, Bathiya & Santhush
have been able to redefine the boundaries of fame and stardom.
Since their inception in the year 1998, Bathiya & Santhush have delivered

soundtrack producers and have lent their
musical genius to a number of box office
hits. They also own and operate Sri

country’s most creative showbiz and tele
vision production agencies. As a tribute to
the younger generation of musicians, the
two stars have also played consultant
roles in the development of Sri Lanka’s
Pop Idol series which is the highest rated
show in Sri Lankan television history. |

| BREAKING NEW GROUND IN SRI LANKA |
| In 2006, Bathiya and Santhush further secured their place as Sri
Lanka’s most ground breaking artists by being the country’s first ever
musicians to release a Hindi music album on an international record
label. Their debut Hindi music album ‘Ayubowan [Namaste]’ is currently
a runaway success in Sri Lanka. |
